While every country is different this is what you can expect:
All boxes come with a travel guide, Spotify playlist, keychain, and postcards. Other items that could be found in the box are travel gear and travel tech.
For the musician portion, there will be a handwritten note from the artist, artist merch, a USB cassette tape with high-quality digital downloads of the musician's music, photos, lyrics, bios, etc.
Destination items could be High-end bags, jewelry sets, home goods, destination snacks and food, tea/coffee, mugs, keychains, etc.

Our Chilean Boxes Will be shipped out the last week of September.
Our November box will be shipped out the week before Thanksgiving.
Our Christmas box will be delivered a week before Christmas.
Keep in mind that there are unprecedented international shipping delays.
All items in our store, including our Mystery Boxes, will be shipped between 3-7 business days.

We ship to all 48 contiguous states in the United States and Hawaii and Alaska.
We also ship to Canada and Internationally as well. (Shipping fees are according to distance and weight)
Once your box ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also view your tracking information by logging into your account and viewing "your order(s).”
Due to the nature of the types of products we sell, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
How do I access the live Zoom classes?
Your box comes with a show ticket with date and time of the experience. If you scan the qr code at the time listed you will be allowed into the zoom. You can also access this information through the suitcase portal (you should recieve a password in your box, if not you can email inquiries@safiyamusic-intl.com and we will email you the code) Our reminder emails will include a link as well as our facebook group: Click here. If you’re unable to attend the experience live, we will post the recorded versions of the classes that you can watch on your own schedule within 24 hours of the live experience.
What if I can’t join the Zoom class?
Don't stress! We know you are busy and will be recording all live classes so you can enjoy them on your own schedule.
